LIVETARGET BaitBall Spinner Rig

LIVETARGET once again breaks tradition with an innovative lure design – the BaitBall Spinner Rig. This is an impressive lure format that combines the premier design skills at LIVETARGET with the calculated use of nature’s own habitat rules, creating a true multi-dimensional lure offering.

Who says multi-wire lures need to be cumbersome?

The BaitBall Spinner Rig is an impressive, multi-wire lure that incorporates “teaser” fish on three arms, a single willow leaf blade for flash and vibration in the center, plus a specially designed “target” fish armed with a single, sturdy black nickel hook. Think spinnerbait, yet better. Think Alabama Rig, but refined and castable.

Available in three frame sizes (small, medium, large), with two weight options for each frame proportionally sized. All twelve colors are offered in each frame and weight.

Customize your Spinner Rig

The Interchange System was created to allow anglers the option to quickly change the color combinations to adjust to water lighting and water color conditions. Additionally, the Interchange System offers a cost-effective way for anglers to refresh their lure with the soft-plastic portions as they become fatigued from fish catches and use.

Fall Fishing - Find the bait, find the Bass

The BaitBall Spinner Rig does the most damage once water temperatures drop in the late summer, and stays hot through the pre-spawn. Although fish will bite the rig year-round, the best times to throw it are when Bass are suspended, grouped up, and feeding on shad.

Ideal places to throw the BaitBall Spinner Rig are ambush points along with deep structure.

On reservoirs, this includes ledges, humps, bridges, bluff walls, and over brush piles. On natural lakes, ideal spots are points, deep grass lines, deep breaks, and offshore rock piles.

How to fish the BaitBall Spinner Rig

One of the best things about the BaitBall Spinner Rig is that it doesn’t require much experience to effectively fish it. The key is to keep the bait up in the water column, around or slightly above the level of the fish. Simply cast it out, count it down to the depth you suspect the fish are at, and slowly wind it back.

Before your next outing this Fall, be sure to tie on a BaitBall Spinner Rig, find a school of baitfish and you’ll be sure to add a few notable catches to your day.
