NEW Wicked Ridge RDX 410 Crossbow

Wicked Ridge Crossbows has recently unveiled an exciting transformation of their most sought-after reverse-draw crossbow, introducing the all-new American-built Wicked Ridge RDX 410. This latest innovation showcases several remarkable enhancements that are set to redefine the standards of performance and value within the crossbow market.

One of the standout features of the RDX 410 is its silent cocking mechanism, now seamlessly integrated with the revolutionary ACUdraw Silent system. This cutting-edge addition not only ensures a stealthy cocking process but also significantly reduces the draw weight to a mere 5 pounds, making it effortless for shooters of all skill levels.

Measuring at a compact 29 inches, the RDX 410 is 3 inches shorter than its predecessor, the RDX 400. However, this reduction in size doesn’t compromise its power; in fact, it boasts an impressive shooting speed of 410 feet per second, a notable 10 feet per second faster than the RDX 400. All of these remarkable upgrades come at a price point of $899, offering a level of value that is typically reserved for crossbows in the $1,500 range.

According to TenPoint CEO Phil Bednar, “At $899, the RDX 410 is packed with features more commonly seen at the $1,500 price-range. Combining reverse-draw speed and a compact 29-inch length with silent cocking and a lighted scope produces a crossbow that truly redefines value in a reverse-draw crossbow.”

The RDX 410’s reverse-draw configuration boasts an ultra-narrow bow assembly, measuring just 9 inches in width. The lightweight cast aluminum riser is equipped with the company’s slim RD pocket, designed to reduce sound and vibration, providing a smoother and more accurate shooting experience. These pockets securely hold the bow’s 11.7-inch limbs, which are powered by the highly efficient Reaper Cam System.

As for the optics, the RDX 410 features a brand-new Pro-View 400 Lighted Scope. This illuminated scope, available in red or green, comes with an updated reticle that offers a clearer view for the shooter and provides additional aim points out to an impressive 70 yards. The 4×32 scope is tailored to accommodate crossbows shooting between 380-420 FPS, ensuring precision and accuracy.

The stock assembly of the RDX 410 incorporates the Tactical X stock, molded from glass-filled polypropylene. This stock is thoughtfully configured with an optimal comb height and length-of-pull, ensuring comfort and control for the shooter. Additionally, it features tactical cutouts to reduce weight and improve balance, while large safety wings on top of the foregrip enhance stability during shooting.

To further enhance the crossbow’s performance, a string stop system is included in the package, fitting seamlessly into the end of the barrel to minimize noise and vibration. The RDX 410 also features TenPoint’s Dry-Fire-Inhibitor (DFI) and an ultra-crisp 3 ½-pound trigger, ensuring safety and precision.

For arrow retention and alignment, the weaver-style dovetail is equipped with a nylon-filament arrow retention brush, enhancing grip and reducing noise and vibration during the shooting process.

The RDX 410 is adorned in the Peak XT camo pattern and ships as a complete package, including the Pro-View 400 Lighted Scope, ACUdraw Silent Cocking Device, three Match 400 Carbon Alpha-Nock Arrows, and a quiver.

The RDX 410 boasts impressive specifications, with a shooting speed of 410 FPS, a compact 29-inch size (without stirrup), a narrow 9-inch width, and a weight of 7.25 pounds (without the ACUdraw Silent). With an attractive MSRP of $899.99 (including the ACUdraw Silent), the RDX 410 represents a remarkable value proposition for both seasoned crossbow enthusiasts and those looking to enter the world of crossbow hunting and shooting. Wicked Ridge Crossbows continues to push the boundaries of innovation, ensuring that the RDX 410 stands out as a top-tier choice in the crossbow market.
