“The Journey” Begins
Every journey begins with a first step!
“The Journey” is a new, fast-action, information, and fun-filled television series created by the show’s host, Brandon Houston, with input from veteran outdoorsman Larry Weishuhn, who is the co-host. Together Brandon and Larry made a series that incorporates their background as professional wildlife biologists with great wildlife management and hunting experience who have to inform in a highly entertaining manner. Their knowledge and experience, coupled with the creative abilities of Stonehurst Production’s Chris Daniels will have anyone who loves the outdoors critically and popularly acclaim “The Journey.”
Join Brandon, Larry, and their occasional guests as they hunt throughout North America, emphasizing white-tailed deer and other North American species, all while continually learning more about their habitat, management, and the culture surrounding their hunting.
The 1st episode of “The Journey” will premiere on Carbon TV Tuesday, April 4th, followed up with later launches on GEN7Outdoor, Waypoint TV, and soon, other networks. Episodes will be made available on YouTube @thejourneytelevision.

Professional wildlife biologist/outdoor communicator, Larry Weishuhn, known to many as “Mr. Whitetail”, has established quality wildlife management programs on over 12,000,000 acres throughout North American and other parts of the world. He has hunted big game with rifle and/or handgun on six continents. Larry is a Professional Member of the Boone & Crockett Club, life-member of numerous wildlife conservation organizations including the Dallas Safari Club, Mule Deer Foundation, and Wild Sheep Foundation. He currently serves on the DSC Foundation Board of Directors, is one of three co-founders of the Texas Wildlife Association; is a member of the Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame and the Muy Grande Hall of Fame; he too, received the Zeiss Lifetime Achievement Award among many other honors.
