Team Easton’s Braden Gellenthien had a great week for himself at the NFAA National Roundup in Yankton, South Dakota. A week-long tournament, the NFAA National Roundup plays host to three national events that are contested by the top professional archers in the US and from abroad.
With three different shooting formats, many archers navigate the different tournaments with multiple bow/arrow setups. Gellenthien stuck to the same setup the whole week and was able to walk away with wins in two out of the three events. The week started with the NFAA Field Nationals, a grueling 252 arrow event that tests both archer and equipment. Braden cruised to a wire-to-wire victory, leading from the opening bell.
Braden wrapped up the week with a win in the NFAA Outdoor National Target Championships, including a record performance on the final day that saw him shoot a perfect 900-point score.
Gellenthien’s arrow of choice for all three events was the Easton X10 ProTour.
