MAUSER 125Th Anniversary Limited Edition Series of the Original MAUSER 98

MAUSER, a leading firearms manufacturer, is celebrating its 125th anniversary with the release of a limited-edition series of its iconic MAUSER 98 bolt-action rifle. With only 25 of these rifles available worldwide, each one is a testament to the company’s commitment to excellence and its place in the annals of firearms history.

Crafted by the company’s master gunsmiths, the MAUSER 98 125th Anniversary Rifles take inspiration from classic safari rifles of the past but with a modern twist. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship are evident in every aspect of the rifles, from the color case hardened action, bolt handle ball, trigger guard, pistol grip cap, and magazine base, to the gold damascening, English ornaments, and wood grade 8 stock with a red recoil pad.

The MAUSER 98 action is widely recognized as the father of all modern bolt-action rifles, and it is considered the gold standard in terms of quality and precision. Copied by thousands but never matched, it has been built by the millions over the years. Jason Evans, CEO of the Blaser Group, says of the MAUSER 98, “It is truly a work of art and a testament to MAUSER’s unwavering commitment to excellence.”

The limited-edition rifles are available in two versions, the MAUSER 98 Magnum and the MAUSER 98 Standard. The MAUSER 98 Magnum is offered in .375 H&H and .416 Rigby calibers, while the MAUSER 98 Standard is offered in .30-06 Springfield and 8×57 IS calibers. Both rifles come with a range of special features, such as a bolt handle ball with color case hardening and gold inlay, an engraved Original Mauser logo inlaid in gold, a color case hardened trigger guard with the serial number of the anniversary model, and a beautiful wood grade 8 (walnut) stock with a red recoil pad.

For firearms enthusiasts, hunters, and collectors alike, the MAUSER 98 125th Anniversary Rifle is a rare and special opportunity. With an MSRP of $35,000, this limited-edition rifle is an investment that combines classic style with modern technology.
